Finding Things in the Cabin
This summer we will be making many changes to the cabin. For this reason, things may not be where I have indicated below. I will try to update the information as it changes.
There is a key available in a lockbox to the left of the sliding glass door. Here are the links to images on to how unlock the lockbox.

- Beds: In the main cabin, there is a queen sized bed and two single beds (one in the living room area). In the greenhouse, there is a 8 foot bed.
- Greenhouse: the cushions for the greenhouse are hanging from the walls under tarps. The large circle center cushion is in the main cabin.
- Bedding: There should be plenty of spare sheets, blankets and pillows. The bedding should be in large plastic containers on the shelves on the way to the bathroom. This needs to be better organized.
- Refrigerator: There is a new full sized refrigerator with a separate freezer. The staples stored in the refrigerator are fresh this summer. The refrigerator will be fully cleaned out each fall. Because of mice, it is probably a good idea to store all open food inside of the refrigerator so there is nothing tempting the mice.
- Cooking: There is a microwave, rice cooker, crockpot, electric frying pan, air popcorn maker, two burner hot plate and a small oven. There are pots and a cutting board hanging above the counter. The lids should be stacked on the shelf.
- Electric Toilet: The electric toilet is in the bathroom. Each time the toilet is used, a waxed paper liner (on the shelf) needs to be placed in the toilet. After use, the flush lever is at the bottom front right as you face the toilet. Press the lever to empty the liner into the burner. Click one button at the back of the toilet to start the burner. Either the fan needs to be turned on or the window needs to be open to be sure there is enough oxygen.
- All supplies including extra paper goods are stored on shelves in the middle room of the cabin. Paper plates, cups and bowls are in a plastic container under the counter in the kitchen area.
- The circuit breaker is at the back of the cabin on the deck. One of the breakers that sometimes needs to be reset has a little red button that you need to press before you flip the switch back on.
